Mistakes happen. This sample policy shows how a newsroom on Pulse can handle them openly.
- Report it. Email corrections@pulse-demo.example with the link to the story and what you think is wrong.
- We check it. The duty editor reviews the report, usually within one working day.
- We fix it. If we got a fact wrong, we correct the story and add a note at the end that says what changed and when.
- We do not hide it. We do not silently delete errors. Minor spelling fixes do not need a note.
